All Kyle & Co furniture products are made to order and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. This is inclusive of furniture,  accessories, art, light fixtures, and all marble products. 

All apparel is eligible for returns and a full refund within 14 days from the delivery date or a store credit within 30 days from the shipping date. After 30 days we will no longer accept returns. 

For all returns: 

Items must not be washed, worn or damaged.

All original tags must be attached.

You must present a valid receipt.

Please inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery. If there is a problem with your order, please email us at shop@kyleandcodesign.com within three (3) days of receipt. . If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will work with you to make things right.
